Help needed to edit megibow's PowerDVD Remote script

I am totally noob to scripting. I have Treo 750 and for unknown reason, I cant use its center D-pad button to press n hold to switch between "Menu mode" and "Play mode" on megibow's [url=http://www.salling.com/forums/viewtopic.php?p=18700]PowerDVD script[/url]. I want to know how to edit the script to choose a button other than center button to switch between these two modes. If megibow reads this request, I would highly appreciate if you could guide me thru this. If anyone else could help, I thank from whole heart for guiding me.
