Why is the Nokia N97 not supported?

The N97 has issues with its USB "Media transfer" mode. We're waiting for Nokia to fix these in a firmware update.

Please let us know if you have information about this.

Until there's a firmware solution from Nokia, we suggest you connect this device in "mass storage" mode. Version 1.1.5 (or greater) of Salling Media Sync will recognize your device this way, too.
